Gear and Item Set Info
You can use whatever armor you like, I'd suggest using as much light armor as possible.
General Info
This is for taking on lots of enemies by yourself. Keep your wards up, and try to mark all of your enemies with quick siphon, and degeneration. If you have boundless storm up and the enemies are near you, you should be receiving constant health. Once all the enemies are marked, switch to set two and use liquid lightning. You should be able to survive through almost any situation if you do it right. Laugh in PvP as your enemies hopelessly attack you and scream to themselves "Why Wont He Die?!?"
Passives?
Geez, that’s uneelibvable. Kudos and such.
How do you set your champion points?
I took a long break since I asked my question back in 2015 but I’ve since read that the wards were nerfed a while back so I’m not sure how effective this build is anymore. I’ve built this up and it works just fine in PvE even without great gear but I have yet to try it in PvP. I love the concept of the build though so I’ll stick with it!
