I’m a breton vampire Templar who duel wields and resto staff. I am signed onto the thief mundus boon and use twice born when not in pvp. I have 3 piece willpower all arcane. Two torugs pact swords. Vicious death is swapped for twice born in pvp. Since I’m a vampire negated my elemental defender to 25%. I don’t know what to do with the rest of my Champion points or a second set to get for pvp…please help my Max magicka is only 28k and health is at 22k all magicka enchantments on armor and all attributes in magic. I feel like a weak dps ever since I do more heals but I wanna balance the heals and dps to do both.
