General Info

Bar one is for Mobs AOE throw Structured Entropy on first target you see for extra damage before you rush in, Liquid Lighting on mob, get next to your tank and spam Pulsar to lower mobs health and throw on Hardened Ward if you get in danger and bust out Bat Swarm if health gets to low.
Bar two is for single target, Spam Mages Wrath to proc Crystal Fragments, and throw on Velocious Curse on target for extra damage. Healing ward if you have a crap healer. Soul Assault when ultimate is built up.
Inner Light is on both bars, because when you swap bars and you don’t have it, it turns off.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE ATRONACH MUNDUS, Magicka recovery is better than max Magicka for this build.
