Gear and Item Set Info
Necklace and Rings, also two other pieces (either belt, gloves, boots, or shoulder) = Morag Tong or Marksman's Crest
Head or Shoulder= Desired Monster Helm set piece
Rest of Armor and Weapons= Hunding's Rage (make chest and leg pieces plate)
Enchants are up to you, although I would run Poison on the bows if you choose the Morag Tong set.
Traits are up to you as well, I tend to run Divines on the armor I can get it on and Sharpened on bows.
General Info
The first bar is for buffing/ long distance sniping. Since Shuffle was nerfed I tend to switch it out for Shadow Image from Shadow skill line, or Camouflaged Hunter from the Fighters Guild skill line. I don't really use Camouflaged Hunter because we have Radiant Magelight, but having it slotted gives a buff to crit and with the Slayer passive, you gain an extra 3% damage. Simply buff up with Relentless Focus and Radiant Mage Light, then spam Lethal Arrow from stealth for some crazy burst at safe distances. If enemy is close enough, charge heavy attack and press Lethal Arrow to proc the +10% poison damage bonus from the Morag Tong set.
Second bar is for close range burst, mainly for strayed/ singed out targets. Buff as before in stealth from first bar, then the cycle is as follows: Charge Heavy attack and hit Poison Injection > Ambush > Surprise Attack > Killer's Blade. If target is not below 25% after Surprise Attack, use Incapacitating Strike into another Surprise Attack > Killer's Blade. The high damage from Poison Injection should help a lot in keeping them below 50% while you are bursting them down up close. No sustain or aoe potential so use this bar at your own risk.
Mundus: The Shadow
Skill Points: Blow up Assassination and Shadow Passives, Blow up Bow passives, Blow up Med Armor passives, Blow up Wood Elf passives. Hit all Heavy armor passives except last two, Slayer passive from Fighters Guild, Might of the Guild from Mages Guild, Undaunted Mettle from Undaunted. All skills you see on the bar as well as what is needed to unlock the passives you need. Crafting is up to you. Lastly is whether or not you want to be a vampire. Most of the vampire passives are a huge help and gives great sneak mobility, but makes you crazy vulnerable as well, so up to you.
Foods I tend to run Tristat, and potions are up to you.

Mooncalf: half points
Lady-
Split Between Elemental Defender and Hardy
Sorry noob here. Just wandering if I have to be specific with the passives I pick up with this, with limited points
