This is a below 50 build so mericiless resolve is left off because it comes late in the skill tree, along with shadow image.
I run double dot poison on the destro staff, which hits for 2100 dps for 4 seconds, and I run a increase speel damage glyph on the resto staff, infused to add 400 spell damage or so.
Witch mother's potent brew for food, and usually I run Stam pots because I rarely run out of magic, but my need to break free.
The rotation is simple,
Entropy, LA resto, crippling grasp, bar swap, LA, destructive reach, LA, swallow soul, LA, swallow soul, LA, bar swap, crippling grasp, LA, bar swap, destructive reach, and then spam out or execute if enemy drops below 25%.
Make sure to CC every six seconds and reapply Crippling grasp, the dot from grasp, destructive reach, and your poison will be your main DPS. Reapply entropy and Cloak out when necessary.
Dragon knights will be a problem because of wings, and every attack we have can be reflected, so play against them patiently.
