General Info

VARIABLES

Ballista can be substituted with Shooting Star. Inner Light can be replaced with Retreating Maneuver.

Marksman can replace Hawk's Eye if the player wants more sustain. Sheer Venom can be used to enhance Poison Injection, however the sets originally mentioned work perfectly fine.

Vampire or Werewolf is optional.

REASONS

Killer's Blade and Camouflaged Hunter are used to add additional critical. Killer's Blade can also be used to execute if you get that close. (Shouldn't be necessary.) The second bar is used for movement and buffs, all the attack is in the primary bar.

FOOD AND POTIONS

Cyrodiil field treat for more health and stamina. Essence of Health potions or Speed potions. Poison for this build is optional.

TACTICS

Activate Rally, then Camouflaged Hunter or Inner Light. Crouch and unleash two Leathal Arrows before finishing off with Poison Injection. Then go invisible and move away. Don't try to take on too many enemies at once or target tanks as this will result in the attack taking too long. Don't be afraid to retreat and regroup as you aren't meant to engage in open combat unless you are in a tower. Use your range to your advantage, don't try to fight melee players at melee range. If you come across a solo target with lots of health then use the Ballista with the normal combo.

The most important thing for this build is to have fun.

I only noticed after the build was published. Just swop the two Ultimates. Flawless Dawnbreaker is meant for the off bar and the Ballista is meant for the main bar.

Inner Light makes no sense on this build. You have only one magicka based skill that will benefit from it (concealed weapon) and it wont hit very hard anyway because it’s a stamina based build and I’m assuming concealed weapon is only there mostly for the increased movement speed.

Why not use something like the Nightblade skill Piercing Mark or Reaper’s Mark or instead? You’ll do more damage and in my opinion it makes a lot more sense for this build.

FYI: Expert Hunter (which you have on your bow bar) and Magelight are essentially the same skill… just one is for stamina based users and the other is for magicka based users. Bow damage is based on stamina.

Also if you do decide to use Mark Target per my suggestion I’d move Killer’s Blade to your sword bar and put Mark Target (or whatever morph version of it you choose) on the bow bar. Alternatively you could get rid of Killer’s Blade all together and use the two-handed ability Executioner which hits just as hard but under 50% enemy health instead of only 20% health. You’re choice… again, just my opinion

Mage’s Light is used to Empower my next attack (Lethal Arrow). Look at the last passive in the Mages Guild.

Camouflaged Hunter is used with the Fighters Guild passive Slayer. So I get 11% more damage in my first bar plus extra critical.

Killer’s Blade is there for the extra critical and Hemorrhage passive from the Assassination skill line. Also it can be used for a sneaky melee finisher if necessary.

Lethal Arrow is the main ability. Fully buffed without food, it has a rating of 16 287.

Mark Target alerts your enemies that a Nightblade is near, taking away the element of surprise. I’m CP 210 and most enemies don’t survive two Lethal Arrows. The average reaction time is 2.3 seconds allowing me to fire off two more Lethal Arrows before the person reacts from when the first one hits.
